Good wheel for price
Bought this to replace a 20 year old wheel on my wife's bike. Lots of spokes on that were gone (after the chain had hooped over the big sprocket and crushed spoke ends), and it didn't seem worth trying to rebuild. Also, I didn't want to pay too much for a new wheel.
This came exactly as stated (except that it said no QR, but it did have a QR). Reasonably built and true. Not the very highest quality, but just what I needed and excellent for price.
