Huge bag, tough construction, annoyingly large metal strap clasp
I've had this bag for almost a year and used it daily as a work bag to carry a Macbook Pro in a protective case, iPad, cables, charges, and bits and pieces. It swallows all that up no problem. It is actually a bit too big for my purposes. It is also a bit to casual and although I do walk in to client offices with it, I always feel a bit "under dressed". The other annoyance is the huge metal clasp on the shoulder strap that a) I occasionally knock loose and b) is so huge it bangs in to things and can be uncomfortable when carrying the bag (so I have to adjust the position of the bag to stop it digging in to my side).

On the plus side, it is extremely well made. After a year of daily use it shows no signs of wear at all (although I haven't used it on a bike - just walking and trains) and has just the right number of pockets and compartments to keep your stuff organised.
