Good but should be better
I purchased a Lifecycle Traveller folding electric bike recently (not from Amazon). It is potentially a very good bike but I have experienced a number of problems which are important for an electric folding bike and which should have been resolved by the manufacturer. First is the security of the folding handlebar unit. Just above the folding mechanism the handlebars are secured to the stem with a very small hollow type of pin. After about twenty miles of use, this pin came loose in my bike causing the handlebars to twist while I was riding. This pin device and the bonding mechanism are in my opinion inadequate and should be more solid and more permanent. The second problem is that I am only getting up to 15 miles from a battery charge so far, even when I am using the pedal assist mode. This may be because the battery I received is faulty, and I would like to know if others have experienced similar problems.
