Worth every penny
Bought this for my wife as even though she wears a high vis jacket she still has near misses with blind motorists. She finds that cars now give her more room when they overtake and this was especially noticable on dark mornings and evenings. I think this is due to the reflective chevrons which look like the reflective areas on police vehicles in my area. Whatever the reason I am happier because I feel that she is a lot safer using this bit of kit. The product is robust and washes well, a definate recommend from me.


Very impressive, but take care with sizing
This is an essential product for backpacking/cycling in poor weather on (or near) the roads. It's highly visible, reflective, as waterproof as it can be (given the small gaps that water seems to manage to find during a rain storm) & reasonably tough.

After much research, it appears there aren't many larger Hi-Vis backpack covers available & a number of the smaller products make bold claims about the size of packs they can comfortably cover. I found to my cost that the latter was rarely the case & even this one (the Hump-60) is only just big enough to cover a 35 litre rucksack when fully loaded. Why it's called a "60" I really don't know, bc I think this labelling could be very misleading.

In the product description it states that it can be used on a 25 to 50 litre pack but this isn't my experience. It's possible that it would cover a 50 litre pack but not the shape of backpack I use anyhow (Osprey).
