Fantastic spec and very fast.
I can't comment on the assembly as I bought this from a local bike shop rather than Amazon but I have been extremely impressed with the bike itself.

I was used to an old steel framed MTB bike without suspension and will use this Forme bike primarily for getting to work on roads and also on the local "Pennine Trail" cycle track.

Having tried both hybrids and MTB's in several shops, I was concerned how much extra effort was required when using the MTB's suspension system (as the up / down motion seemed to absorb a lot of power) and then I felt that the handlebars stood unnaturally high on the ones I tried with a lock out. I was not intending to do much off road cycling that really needed suspension and this convinced me I needed a hybrid.

The Forme Al Fresco, gives a very smooth ride on Tarmac and most roads, is extremely fast even though I only use about 10 of the 27 gears, and gear changes are mostly very smooth. The bike is also very lightweight...
