Pannier is excellent, bolts supplied dangerous!!!
When I received the item, I ignored the previous review by a buyer. I thought it was easy to assemble, which it really is! But the problem was the bolts supplied. At first I didn't understand the previous reviewer why he said the bolts are wrong so, I assembled and used it on my bike. I was very pleased and happy with my buy until I almost had an accident. Whilst riding my bike, the bolts came off and the pannier cord (or the one attached to the bike wheel) came off and went inside my wheel which almost damaged my back wheel and deformed the pannier. I then realised the problem, bought new 6mm washer and bolts. used the hammer to straighten it etc.... then assemble it again. Now, it is working perfectly! I am very happy with the pannier itself. true to its discription but be careful and get the right bolt! Delivery was very fast... overall, this product is highly recommended so long as you use the right bolts!

It's good, but....
Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after ordering.

Instruction sheet seemed to be for a completely different model, so wasn't much use.
However, after a fair amount of experimenting, I finally managed to get it to fit onto my bike (it's not quite as easy as you might think!) The bolts supplied were far too short to use on my frame, but thankfully I had some in my toolbox.

But once it's on, it's a very good product, and much better than the traditional type used on full suspension bikes.

The rack itself would get 5 stars, but the slow delivery and poor instructions drag my overall rating to 3 stars.
