A really great buy
After about a year of looking around at different electric folding bikes, and doing tonnes of research, I finally went for the Lynx model. It arrived recently and after using it to go to work on, I can honestly say this was a great buy. I have the LPX model with the Lithium Polymer battery, so the distance I get on each charge is at least 24miles for my journey to and from work, which in all fairness has some rather steep hills. If it was mostly flat I can already envisage getting closer to 30miles on a single charge. I use it in 'combination' mode which means you get power assistance constantly as you pedal. I can't tell you how easy it makes the whole cycling experience, especially when going up hill. Hills just get flattened out and at the end of a working day is just want you want. You can use power only, using the twist throttle grip, but the battery life will be alot shorter on this mode alone.
