Damn good shoes!
After touring in Mexico i was converted to the benefits of SPDs and on moving down to London and slapping on a pair of skinny (ish) tyres it wasn't long before i took the plunge and bought a pair to replace the ones lost in mexico (banditos!). These shoes look like skate shoes (+) are very comfy (+) fit cleats perfectly (+) are seriously sturdy (+) are a teeny bit too small for me (-). Last point is my fault, don't expect them to stretch! Walking in them is near perfect, occasionally you might hear a cleat, but they are recessed well into the footbed for sturdy walking or use as normal shoes. Engaging into the pedal has never been a problem either and these even work well with platform (normal) pedals. Also very good at protecting your foot, booting rocks has never felt so good! Highly recommended!

A cycling shoe you can walk in!
I love this shoe. Other cycling shoes I have are nearly useless as soon as I step off the bike. With these I have been able to cycle to office buildings for work then carry on through the day without changing them. The cleat is sufficiently recessed not to damage flooring and though the sole is stiff - as you'd want it to be - it is not uncomfortable for walking.
