OK Backup but not good enough for main pump
I bought this pump after reading some good reviews on the internet and because it looked smart. The small size means it slips into the front pocket of my camelback with a spare inner tube no problem. However, when i tried to pump my mountain bike tyres up to the recommended 45 psi i found this almost impossible.

Using the high volume setting i could get this to about 20 psi before it became very difficult to move so switched it to high pressure. This then becomes almost pointless, i must have pumped for another 10 mins and gained another 3-4psi in my tyres. In the end i gave up borrowed a friends track pump.

In summary, if you need a small pump to fit in a bag while out in the forest this serves a purpose if you get a puncture or blown inner tube but dont expect to reach the desired pressures. Buy a decent track pump for your main and keep this as a compact backup.
